Feeling Left Out

Mike and I watched our wedding video today and Hannah kept asking where she and her brother and sister were. I told her they weren't born yet and she was not satisfied. So I told her you were all 3 twinkles in mommy and daddy's eyes. She BURST into tears and sobbed. She said:I dont want to be in your eye, I want to be in the video. So we tried to explain, but she was NOT happy in the least that she was not part of the video.

We tried to explain that God hadn't chosen to give her to mommy and daddy until later and that you had to be married first etc etc. She was not convinced and she was not happy........and is still discussing how she didn't want to be in our eye.

I can only say 1 word: PRICELESS.

Out of the mouth of Christopher

Christopher's cousin, Mara was playing with a small transformer airplane of Christopher's and the tail came off. My mom said, "I think Mara broke Christopher's airplane". I said it's okay mom, that toy has been having problems.




Christopher piped up and said

"Nanny don't worry about it. That toy was made in China"...........rofl........
we all burst out laughing.............LOL LOL LOL

What Is It(from Jennifer)

that lurks in the dark and scares little baby girlswho is this evil fiend that when you visit your grandma and grandpa and get in the bed with mommy and daddy scares you so if you sit up in the bed. This evil fiend is the scariest of scary and I do not ever want to see this site again. I only wanted to sleep with mommy and daddy but everytime I wanted to turn over there it was....that evil shadowy figure........so scary, that moved when I moved and seemed to watch everything I did. Babies of the world unite against this shadowy creature that lives in the dark and hangs out at the head of the bed..............now mommy will tell you what it was cause I cant stand to speak of it again

it was....................Jennifer's reflection in the head board mirror........LMBO. She couldnt sleep so we put her in bed with us cause we were in a strange place. Then ever so often, she would sit up and scream bloody murder. Dh ended up sleeping with her on the couch.......LOL. Finally in the wee hours just before he moved to the couch we figured it out. They have a small mirror inlayed in the head board of the bed we were in. She would catch a glimpse but it was too dark for her to see it was herself.......she only saw movement...and it scared her...she kept checking and it kept scaring her. poor baby...but oh how funny...........LOL

Is the question the nice lady asked my dd Hannah in the checkout line at office max.Now Hannah who desperately needed to go potty had a very serious look on her face as I told wait a minute honey, let me finish checking out and you can go. So the lady asks again:

Hannah with long suffering patience and huge sighs in her voice says and I quote: "OLD"!

Diaper Cream and baby dolls

Hannah comes running in the living room saying...to little A......here "A" I'll will get the wipies...grabs the wipies and runs to her room. Well this spells trouble. Any time my dd comes out grabbing wipies and running to her room with them means trouble. I go in and they had taken the diaper cream and the medicated diaper cream and proceeded to spread two baby dolls with it. It was all over their hands and the doll butts.....GRRRRRRRR.........I put them in time out while I cleaned up......as they have been told a MILLION times NOT to touch the cream. At least no one got it in their eyes or mouth and I am sure this would be a LOT funnier if I weren't so darn tired.....LOL. Perhaps I will laugh later about it....but first I gotta get the squeezed in the middle tube fixed and clean two dollies....one is vinyl but one is cloth.....sigh.......the joys of motherhood. But I keep telling myself at least they are well enough to get into mischief.....and having little A is a delight because Hannah has a "bwest fwiend".......so hopefully later I will be laughing about their little cream the dolly butt party.....LOL
